| Ordering Information - What you need to know |

Fine Impressions Stationery Ordering Please make a note of card reference, lettering code, wording code and ink colour (Black ink is standard, other colours charged at £5 per item i.e. Evening Invitations). Contact us via enquiry form, email or telephone to process your order or for any queries. Changes or Cancellations We can not guarantee cancellations or changes to your order once it has been placed. We will however, attempt to accommodate such requests. If a change is made or an order is cancel a charge of £15 per item will be payable. No changes or cancellations can be made once the order has been printed. Delivery and Payment Most orders will be dispatched within 7 to 10 working days with free delivery (exceptions apply to outside the U.K., Channel Islands and Eire). On placing an order a 50% of the total deposit will be required with full payment due on receipt of stationery. Once you have received your order we will invoice you for the outstanding balance payable by cheque. Calligraphy Services and Wedding Accessories Ordering Contact us with details of required services/product via enquiry form, email or telephone. Changes or Cancellations We will endeavour to accommodate any changes or cancellations upto the point at which work commences.
